     Kit analizor de vibrații portabil cu 3 canale pentru accelerometre IEPE, conform standardelor ISO 8041, ISO 2631, ISO 5349 și IEC 61260.

     HD2070 este un analizor de vibrații portabil capabil să efectueze analize spectrale (opțiunea HD2070.O1) și analize statistice (opțiunea HD2070.O2). Instrumentul furnizează toți parametrii de măsurare necesari conform normativelor actuale privind protecția operatorilor împotriva riscurilor asociate vibrațiilor, fiind capabil să măsoare atât în modul hand-arm (vibrații transmise brațelor și mâinilor), cât și în modul whole-body (vibrații transmise întregului corp). De asemenea, instrumentul permite evaluarea disconfortului cauzat de vibrații în clădiri.

     HD2070 a fost proiectat combinând ușurința în utilizare cu flexibilitatea maximă și posibilitatea de a actualiza instrumentul în conformitate cu evoluția standardelor privind vibrațiile.

     Analizorul de vibrații HD2070 respectă specificațiile standardelor ISO 8041 (2005), ISO 5349-1 (2001) și ISO 2631-1, 2 și 4 (1997).

HD2070 este un analizor de vibrații potrivit pentru următoarele aplicații:

• Evaluarea expunerii operatorilor la riscurile asociate vibrațiilor transmise sistemului braț-mână prin utilizarea uneltelor vibrante sau a obiectelor supuse vibrațiilor sau impacturilor.
• Evaluarea expunerii operatorilor la riscurile asociate vibrațiilor transmise întregului corp, inclusiv prin utilizarea mijloacelor de transport sau de mișcare.
• Evaluarea expunerii operatorilor la riscurile asociate vibrațiilor transmise întregului corp prin clădiri supuse vibrațiilor sau impacturilor.
• Analiză spectrală în benzi de octavă sau treime de octavă (opțiunea HD2070.O1).
• Analiză statistică cu calculul nivelurilor percentile de la L1 la L99 (opțiunea HD2070.O2).
• Atenuarea vibrațiilor și gestionarea reclamațiilor.

Acest instrument oferă o soluție versatilă și conformă standardelor internaționale pentru măsurarea și analiza vibrațiilor în diverse aplicații profesionale.

 

     The HD2070 is a portable vibration analyzer able to perform spectral (option HD2070.O1) and statistical analysis (option HD2070.O2). The instrument can supply all the measurement parameters required by the current normative concerning the operators protection from the risk connected with the vibrations and is able to measure in hand-arm and whole body modes. It is also possible to evaluate the annoyance of persons due to vibrations in buildings.

     The instrument has been designed mixing the easy to use concept with the maximum flexibility and the possibility to update the instrument with the evolving standards on vibrations.

     The HD2070 vibration analyzer complies with the specifications of ISO 8041 (2005), ISO 5349-1 (2001) and ISO 2631-1,2 and 4 (1997).

The HD2070 is a vibration analyzer suitable for the following applications:

• Evaluation of the exposure of operators to the risk connected with the vibrations transmitted to the hand-arm system through vibrating tools or items subjected to vibrations or impacts;
• Evaluation of the operator exposure to the risk connected with vibrations transmitted to the whole body also through the use of movement or transportation ways;
• Evaluation of the operator exposure to the risk connected with vibrations transmitted to the whole body by buildings subjected to vibrations or impacts;
• Octave or third-octave bands spectral analysis (option HD2070.O1);
• Statistical analysis with calculation of the percentile levels from L₁ to L₉₉ (option HD2070.O2);
• Attenuation of vibrations and reclamations.
